Apple standard license agreement
RetroBudget is distributed through the Apple App Store and is also licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Where these Terms and the Standard EULA conflict, the Standard EULA governs your license to use the app.
License
You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use RetroBudget on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the app except as allowed by law.
Acceptable use
You agree to use RetroBudget only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
- Upload content you do not have the right to use.
- Attempt to disrupt, attack, or gain unauthorized access to the app or its systems.

Subscriptions and purchases
RetroBudget offers optional paid plans. Any purchases are billed through your Apple ID. Current pricing is shown in the app and on the App Store, may vary by region, and is subject to change.
No financial advice
RetroBudget categorizes transactions from statements you provide and presents spending information for your convenience. It does not provide financial, tax, investment, or accounting advice, and categorizations are generated automatically and may not be accurate. You are responsible for verifying your own financial records.
Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
